I just don’t understand how people like this have a license. I had to watch the Texas Young Adult Impact videos twice and I cried both times. How is someone gonna watch that and still text and drive. I LITERALLY SAW SOMEONE DRIVING WITH A WHOLE ASS PAMPHLET OPEN ON THEIR STEERING WHEEL.
