That's a legitimate concern, but I wouldn't expect a little competition to get in the way of friends being friendly. You'll get people who would rather be on the other team in any case. Okay, we've considered your suggestion. We will assign users teams. But we will open up an extra day for people to swap teams in order for them to get what they wish.
