Not all the changelings are bad. Thorax ended up changing from bad to good and even led a revolution against chrysalis causing them to transform and not have to rely on other ponies love to sustain themselves.
Actually Chrysalis did Not send Any warnings she just kidnapped cadence and took her form therefore infiltrating the wedding without anypony even knowing until twilight and cadence escaped the caves
