I was thinking keeping it mostly vanilla, save for maybe land claiming to protect against the occasional griefer. and maaaaybe some quality of life stuff, like being able to die any whool and terracotta, even if it's already colored. Kinda what Hermitcraft has for their terracotta

I really like the economy / mcmmo mods that give currency for doing certain actions then you can use currency to buy stuff from player stores. And mcmmo just gives little bonuses for doing stuff repeatedly which makes it feel more progressive to me.
