Your name is still the same at least. I mean people who change their entire thing and then i dont remember who they are TT^TT makes it so awkward when i think it's a stranger talking to me.

If you're on PC you can right click people on your Friends List to set a nickname, it stays visible even when they change their account name. Very useful sometimes!
