A flick of an ear, and to the window he flew to hang his head over the railing, curiosity driving him to investigate. A bump of his chest would collide against the window frame as the last barrier of resistance, curled tail wagging profusely. Seemed another miner from that company had to be let go of another staff member. Wonder what the colliery manager has been dealing with for them to be dropping employee after another?
