Quick tip, you could use password manager, to prevent this from happening again, vast majority of them are for free, and they will save you a hassle, but before choosing one, do a research, but I'd personally recommend Dashlane.

If you signed up with PV so it's your PV account you no longer have access to, you should contact PV staff.
PV is like the hub and CA is one of the sub sites, so you've probably signed up for PV and then used your PV account to sign up for CA. So yeah, it's your PV account you need to recover.
So the only way I can contact PV is through there contacts us link only problem is its blocked so im not going to be able to contact anyone, il get things figured out later somewhere else, thank you for the help! ^^
