To be honest, I wasn't really a part of those fandoms. Since I was in the army when those fandoms started to pop off. Same from Homestuck.
Yet, seeing it now. Makes sense.

I think it has alot to do with a shift from "look at this thing i love" to "look at me", alot of fandom today is based around bragging rights and a sense of superiority instead of a shared interest. makes me sad :fluttersad:
At least we will still have the Brony Fandom. And somehow the insanity of the Warrior Cats fandom.

If I ever grow a fandom from my series and see them act as toxic as the TADC Fandom, I am going to rain hellfire not just on my characters, but also on my fandom. There is no way the TADC fandom should be acting as they are now.
