I mean if your talking about the acts of Canadian soldiers during WW1 and WW2? Yeah....our boys took the rules of war as mere suggestions than rules. Even made a whole bunch of new ones after the fights! We were creative.

Yeah 98% you just go on, make an account (you probably already have one) and pay it with a card/your bank.
It's all pretty easy. A lot of people use money apps to help sort their bills sometimes.
