Sounds like a bout of depression, be careful. I know most times it may not feel urgent, but please try to find the time to address it. It has a way of sneaking up on you when you don’t know what to look out for.
Sometimes I wish I wasn't born. And sometimes I wish I was someone else. That's just life I guess..
