OC check before making
I want to do a check before I make an OC. I am doing this because I am unsure how this all works and I would like to see if I am allowed to make a human oc or not.

I am hoping to not only find a discord roleplay server with mlp, but also to see if I can be a human in the server in question...probably a long shot though.
