Who is Portero?

He's the fiend behind the screen, he's the master of illusions, he's the corrupted magician Portero. Now, you may be asking, who is Portero? Well, Portero is not only one of my original villains, but a very very VERY dangerous foe. More dangerous than even Nega Stickbot Alpha. He's based off of the nightmaren Chamelan from NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams. Backstory: Portero was once a street magician, performing for a lot of people under the watchful eye of the old magician: Azmelan. Everyone he performed to LOVED his performances. But... he wanted more. More power. More magic. More... pizzazz. So, he studied up on a forbidden magic that Azmelan warned him about never treading down: Dark Magic. Unfortunately for Portero, he picked up a very cursed dark magic book, and used it to dazzle people who would watch. However... as he kept using the magic, Portero... changed. His personality changed... his appearance changed... he just... changed. He went insane. He used his magic to hurt people... and he enjoyed it. He kept using his magic over and over to perform for others... but in a bad way. We, the USF, got word of this, and eventually went to stop him... but his magic just... overpowered both mine and Jewel's. There was no stopping him... at first. We met up with Azmelan and worked to banish Portero to a different dimension. We succeeded, but we feared he may return again one day... to take revenge. Portero here will be fully and formally introduced into my series when it hits Battle for Rio.
