name: rainbow ribbon | irides nicknames: skittles, skits, ribs gender: female species: pegasus | changeling sexual orientation: lesbian relationship status: taken birthday: 21st july | 23 occupation: unemployed | changeling queen location: rainbow falls height: 5'0 body type: chubby cutiemark: n/a clothing: skittles doesn't wear clothes, but she does tie her ponytail with a pink ribbon. overall: skittles is a tan pegasus mare with cream hooves, wingtips and speckles and splodges on her body, namely her flanks and right eye. she has a brown mane and tail with rainbow streaks running through it, and dazzling pink eyes. she's usually seen with a shit-eating grin and spends a lot of time stealing shit, so check your pockets. before the great changeling invasion before the royal wedding, there'd been another spike of changeling targeting, and one hive of queen amoretta was one to go down. knowing of impending invasion, she sent away the remaining safe eggs before leaving to fight against pony villagers out for blood. one such egg, who then became an adorable grub named irides, was sent to canterlot to live with a noblepony and his wife - left on their doorstep and forced into glamour. now a small pegasus filly, she was taken in by perpetual thunderstorm and morning dawn, a new sister for their little filly monochromatic rainbow. she was named rainbow ribbon, on account of her bright hair. rainbow ribbon grew up as a shining example of parenting done right, much to the dismay of her sister who targeted her out of the watchful gazes of their parents. in attempts to gain her sister's approval, ribbon would often deviate from expectations and in time it seemed to work. her grades dropped and she began to mess around instead of working and eventually, when time came for her to leave school, she had very little to work with. however, that dazzling smile and some extra abilities due to her unknown insect form meant she could easily persuade people to care for her should she need it. eventually she made her way to rainbow falls, where she lives now - stealing and lazing through her days when not off on various adventures with spirit weaver or any of her other odd friends. skittles is a loud-mouthed and mean mare who only ever actually looks out for #1 unless one really does take the time to show her a good time. she can be snappy and rude, or she can do a complete 180 and only make jokes, but she's never consistent in who she is. she's content to be an enigma, no matter how much it hurts that it's hard to get close to her when she actually does need a friend.
