For some time now, we’ve been planning a Halloween event and there are activities and teams. The team sign ups were on the weekend and Monday. But they’re closed now. This is team swap day where if a user doesn’t like their team, they can swap with other people on the other team.

Yes. That is because on my request, you were swapped with me. If you wanted to swap with Charlie; you needed to comment to swap with her on her request.
But it doesn’t matter. I will move her into Sunny regardless and weight the teams.
