That probably won't last long, they probably just haven't purged their block list yet. Since the whole "no blocking" think is mutual between staff and members.

No mods should be blocked or have anyone blocked, but the new staff have yet to be fully integrated into the team - one of the things still missing is removing any blocks. Please give us some time to get everyone settled in :)

But the staff members themselves should be able to empty their own block lists. Not that I'm saying a mistake was made here, just pointing out, you don't necessarily need the devs for it when the blocking is on the staff person's end.
