Ephee saw Carmine in his... oh no "Stay back, demon!" She swung the now broken fake scissor blade at him, before sprinting off. Something about had her fairly spooked, and this was Nightmare Night so it had to be especially terrifying. It looked like she was playing around, thankfully.
She was now back at Sky, half scarred by the emoji costume. It looks like she's not going for round two of a pretend dragon fight though. "...you are seeing that too, right?"
"Nice to meet you too. So, where are you from? I don't think I've seen you around before".

Halloween was one of Lula's favorite holidays, and every year she matched with her girlfriend, Gen! This year they're Beetlejuice and Lydia (from the cartoon so it wasn't weird because they're friends in that one.) Anyone who knew Lula from a business point of view would think she wouldn't get spooked... they were very wrong. Lula went to go get some food for her and her girlfriend, and an actor snuck up behind her. She screamed and hid behind the nearest pony. "...Fuck you." She apologized to the pony, and quickly made her way back to Gen with haydogs resting on her back. If someone made her drop their food she'd surely punch them in the face.
Butterscotch noticed someone else in the same predicament that he was in. He stood up from the cheap picnic table he was sitting and and walked over to the large green pony. "Hi, I'm Butterscotch. What's your name?".
*nightshade arrives in ponyville in his full body timber wolf costume and looks to see if he can find and maybe scare any of his friends*

The bat screeched and held her hoof to her barrel protectively, sticking her tongue out at Sky in defiance. "I'm not a candy bat!" She pulled out the candy mango and placed it on his muzzle with a giggle. "But here's a candy mango!"
Unfortunately for her, Sky never looked away from his bag of chips...which resulted in Sky instinctively biting her hoof because thats what he does when someone tries to get between him and his food. Perhaps its best to not stick appendages near Sky's bear trap of a mouth.
Momentarily bewildered, Basalt forgot how to leg and almost flopped over before the emergency parking gear kicked in. "Hark," she grinned as he spied who it was, "mine most loyal subject doth approacheth me." A regal pose was struck, but it was slightly marred by the fact that the half-eaten caramel apple was slowly peeling off his forehead. "Informeth me, mine subject, whichest wayeth musteth I goeth to partaketh in merrymaking exercises?"
Tonight was the night! Aurora had spent nearly half a year preparing for this year's Nightmare Night. She spent the final moments of daylight touching up her costume. Since she was a bat pone, she decided it would be best to be one of the stereotypes, a vampire bat! Aurora's mane and tail were frazzled and she had her fangs covered by dull fake ones. Carrying two totally spoopy saddlebags at her sides, she set off towards the carnival in search of candy.
