There's quite a few programs. Though it's just as possible to trust your guys. In a skype game we had we did, if anyone decided to lie about their rolls it was on them. No use lying when half the fun is the fails.

Roll perception all the time. First character should be warlock with points into intimidate and persuade. At that point you'll be able to talk through all your problems so you aren't bogged down in combat all the time.
