No. Seabees are there own community. Usually comprised of rates like Steel Worker, Heavy Equip Operator, Builders, etc. SEALs are Spec War. Not builders.

My cousin is a Navy Airman and works with a helicopter. He told me I’d have to go through SEAL training to be a Seabee Diver
