No. Seabees are there own community. Usually comprised of rates like Steel Worker, Heavy Equip Operator, Builders, etc. SEALs are Spec War. Not builders.

You wouldn't. Only divers in special operations fields attend BUD/s. These are people like EOD Divers and Combat Rescue Divers. A standard Navy diver attends dive prep in Great Lakes, IL. And dive school in Panama City, FL.

That’s good to know. That was kinda the reason I decided not to sign up originally. I have a whole lot of things keeping me from joining right now but Navy is my choice always.
