This flag represents one of the most underlooked, underfunded and unappreciated departments in the country. The Department of Correctional Services. I'm proud to fly this flag outside my house alongside two others;
My Star Spangled Banner and my Nebraska State Flag.
Use pride month to be proud of YOU as a whole. Not one part of you.

the flag is nice and all but for some reason if i move my eyes up and down with the pic in the middle it hurts my eyes. not saying i hate it just sayin that its bright
