I spent all day learning how to color with the watercolor pens and spent 3 hours drawing this image from Myles Wilson on Printerest.com only to learn I have to work overtime to improve my knowledge of anatomy analysis. Also white gel pens and neutral grey paper is really important

The funny thing about this is that I have a habit of making the head big to fit details. So improvement?

But like, it'll miss the whole, head to body ratio cuteness.

Try not to learn/reference other artist's anatomy!! They could be doing things "wrong" (just depends on style really). Try and reference actual people or stock images if you want to learn anatomy!!!

Yee! Learn anatomy, and then adjust it to your style.

I wouldn't have know what anatomy to focus on if I didn't try drawing a full body, which was the point

You should study all of it generally, then focus on the bits ya still struggle with after getting the basics down. For example, it's not gonna do ya any good to get great at drawing torsos, but your proportions are off. Ya know?
