This one knows he has hypnotic eyes, Hmmmmmmmmmm she's suspicious. Must keep observing closer after giving her a nuzzle, but shuddering he cannot handle cold that well given the scorching lands he lives on.

Icy Creation
Similiar to his eyes, the glow would produce an effect if looked at for... Well... More than a few seconds. It would feel like almost a hypothermic desire to rest, but without the danger or quite as much cold. (Mainly because it IS semi hypothermic.)
