Two rooms down, one to go. Asuka steps out of the second room on her side of the foyer with a noticeable smile on her face. She makes her way over towards the third door, only for her attention to turn towards the other side of the foyer as the second door opposite hers is slowly pushed open. The figure that shambles out of the room is a shell of what went in.Maddy's eyes are sullen, and bloodshot. Her cheeks a deep red, and stained with dry tears. Every part of her body was shuddering violently as she trudged out of the room, and simply plopped down on the stone floor. The two lock eyes for some time before Asuka notices the fey creature pass through the invisible barrier, and approach Maddy. Lunae attempts to intervene to no avail. Asuka turns, and goes to open the third door before the fey can notice, but it won't budge. It's locked. Odd. She looks back to the other side of the room for a moment only to notice the other three are gone. Yet again her attention is taken elsewhere as something plaps onto the stone near her. She turns, and looks down to find a rolled up piece of parchment. Confused, Asuka unrolls the parchment to find a note scrawled inside. Once she's finished reading the note she rolls it back away, and tucks it gently into her pack. She turns towards the stairs, and makes her way upwards before the others returned. #rp
