Though I am now looking at the flight one is her wings too big or is the body just too small sometimes I have drawing where one part is smaller or bigger then the other

proportions can be tricky! if you're feeling the wings are too big, try redrawing it with smaller wings on another paper. honestly, they look show accurate here - it might just be the posing. try angling the wing in the back down a bit.
