By dipping a claw she'll write down. "Dear Celly, or Luna, or whoever gets to find this message at the royal castle: How are you all doing? I hope fantastic~ big ol' me decided to set up a small town at the near by perimeters, all the necessary permits and land payments have been thoroughly sent through, unless a bandit happens to intercept my kobold messenger with the gold then I'll be forced to lever up the forest through brute force to find it back" A small pause as Rayah dips into the vial to continue her message, as a kobold brings her a nice cup of tea, such aromatic pleasant tea that is. "I'm kidding, the messenger is back safe and soundly. Would adore to visit the castle one of these days, find myself with some extra time and share a cup of tea or two like before, it sure has been too long." Rayah said after sipping her tea, once again coating that writing claw with more ink. "Once I leave everything tidy up throughout extensive paperwork and keep my citizens content I will certainly make a flabbergasting appearance, and hopefully none of you two stopped listening to rock & roll, that'll certainly put this little chicken's heart to a saddening moment... But just a moment anyways! we'll see everyone soon, expect gifts and business propositions along the way, my citizens and loyal subjects will benefit extraordinarily through working opportunities in Equestria, many of which are experts builders, blacksmithing, tailors and farmers, and... some amazing artists, musicians, chefs and botanist bringing delightful ingredients overseas, I'm sure anyone at the castle would love some Crimson moon tea~" Rayah stopped for a moment to think, there wasn't much to be added but she simply rubbed the underside of her beak in thoughts, not realizing it was her inky claw, leaving quite the stain, best if she doesn't know. "Chop chop! my agile helpers." with a single nodding in understanding the kobold adjusted her goggles and speeds through the forest like a bullet to deliver the letter.
