Words Are Just Words - Cyclone Temple (HD)
You get tired of badly represented videos on YouTube, so, like me, you go and remaster and recut the track. But, I also like to remaster the audio to sound better in some cases. This is one of them. I love the original mastered release of this, but its missing some "umph" to its bottom end and some just general heaviness. I added that in to it here. This is a tribute to my good buddy John, who was the drummer for this band. I used to play in a band with him before this called Believer. He's done many things since then. He's by far, one of my most favorite drummers of all time, not just because I know him, but because he is so talented. Plus, he's someone I've always had a lot of respect and admiration for. Here's to you John! This album was a masterpiece for Cyclone Temple.

Ooh. Been a hot minute since I last thought about Depeche Mode. Now I feel the urge to listen to their music as well as The Cure and Team Sleep <3

Queensrÿche - Operation: Mindcrime
81 views
Artist: Queensrÿche
Album: Operation: Mindcrime
Genre: Heavy Metal
Year: 1988
Lyrics:
It just takes a minute
And you'll feel no pain
Gotta make something of your life boy
Give me one more vein
You've come to see the doctor
Cause I'll show you the cure
I'm gonna take away the questions
Yeah I'm gonna make you sure
A hit man for the order
When you couldn't go to school
Had a skin job for a hair-do
Yeah you looked pretty cool
Had a habit doing mainline
Watch the dragon burn
No regrets, you've got no goals
Nothing more to learn
Now I know you won't refuse
Because we've got so much to do
And you've got nothing more to lose
So take this number and welcome to
Operation : Mindcrime
We're an underground revolution
Working overtime
Operation : Mindcrime
There's a job for you in
The system boy, with nothing to sign
Hey Nikki you know everything
That there is to do
Here's a gun take it home
Wait by the phone
We'll send someone over
To bring you what you need
You're a one man death machine
Make this city bleed
Now I know you won't refuse
Because we've got so much to do
And you've got nothing more to lose
So take this number and welcome to
Operation : Mindcrime
We're an underground revolution
Working overtime
Operation : Mindcrime
There's a job for you in
The system boy, with nothing to sign
Operation : Mindcrime
We're an underground revolution
Working overtime
Operation : Mindcrime
If you come to see the doctor
Yeah he'll give you the cure
Operation : Mindcrime
Make something of your life boy
Let me into your mind
Operation : Mindcrime
There's a job for you in the system boy
With nothing to sign

7. Take Hold of the Flame [Queensrÿche - Live in Tokyo 1984/08/05]
This is Queensrÿche's 2nd concert in Japan and outside North America, luckily for us fans it was captured on film -- it was later released in 1985 on VHS and Laserdisc, but has long been unavailable and out of print. This having once been officially released on video, it was originally edited so the tracklisting was different (see the playlist link in the bottom), and it contains some vocal overdubs (like Geoff laughing in the beginning of Nightrider, as well as other bits throughout the show). This bootleg is already to be found on YouTube, but in rather poor quality, so I thought I'd upload a better one.
The concert itself is great, the band is playing fiercely and Geoff is screaming and wailing to the best of his ability, nailing those high notes.
All of the songs are great versions, even if they contain overdubs throughout.
Enjoy!
