I have embraced my inner dwarf thanks to Hytale. I made a resolution to make a full scale dwarven great hall inside a mountain on a friend’s survival world. Just waiting on him to actually want to play again so I can continue, and take a few screenshots.

Its kinda too straightforward. Its hard to explain but if a survival-crafting game is too streamlined it becomes pretty transparently a list of virtual chores to complete. Give it time to cook for a while then before giving it another go then ^_^ As Hytale gets more added to it, it'll pull further and further away from being like minecraft. It is absolutely high on my list! But I have like… 12? 14? Quite long games ahead of it on my list and one of them is other big block game alternative- Vintage Story, which honestly kind of interests me more- so Hytale for me will likely be a late 2027 early 2028 game.
