View MoreI think I've found my new talent, but in order for you to understand it, I have to go on a StUPiDlY LOOOOOONG rant about the game I love, Grounded. * SHRINKS * Literaly. Grounded is like if Ark: Survival Evolved and Honey, I Shrunk the Kids had a baby. You are around the size of a pinhead in this game, and you're not the only thing down in the yard, no, no, no. There are ants, mites, bees, aphids, mosquitoes, and the eight-legged terrors themselves, spiders. Some won't attack no matter what you do, some just get a little pissed if you hit them with a pebble spear, and most listened to doom music all night, woke up, and chose violence as their new go-to. And to add more fuel to the fire, they are split into three tiers, and most have their own special attack, Swallowing you up, belonging to the Koi Fish, Spit acid outside of their mandibles, yup, fireant workers got that and bombidear beatles, can literally move at the speed of light, hits like a truck and can inflic venom? That's no time traveling delorien coming from some messed up anatomy class, it's just a black widow. Speaking of which, it is both the hardest bug in Grounded and also the easiest to cheese your way to victory. There are two ways of going about cheesing (Aka exploiting) a Black Widow. Plan: A Get the aracnid just into your view, shoot it with a crossbow, and get your (BEEP) to high ground. For some reason, the widow's brain just draws a blank when you're up high, so they either run in circles or just stay completely still until you come back down. Make sure you pack enough tier three arrows to take him down, you'll need anywhere from 18 to 22, depending on how upgraded your crossbow is. Plan: B Build weed stem half walls enclosing the entrance, hop over them, shoot the deadly arachnid, they get stuck on the half wall, and you can feel free to just shoot them, the only problem is that it does have a ranged attack which does summon a baby version of itself when it lands on the ground, but they're more of an annoyance han a threat, so you should be all good. Anyway, that's it, that's how I made the eight-legged reaper the second easiest spider to deal with in the game. Bye!
