Ginger beer is amazing. Tons of flavor, just find a low sugar brand. Don't forget eggs and lots beans. And black coffee. Beans will make you live forever.

Unfortunately, am canno drink coffee. But I do have these fruit drinks if that works good. The Jumex specifically. Unfortunately, beans give my arms the funny feeling.
