I'm doing my workouts every other day to give my muscles time to not be sore anymore. Just woke up, but yesterday was my rest day. Today is my workout day :)

Seed oils and sugars are the enemy. Good diet is half the battle.
Ginger beer is amazing. Tons of flavor, just find a low sugar brand.
Don't forget eggs and lots beans. And black coffee.
Beans will make you live forever.
Unfortunately, am canno drink coffee. But I do have these fruit drinks if that works good. The Jumex specifically. Unfortunately, beans give my arms the funny feeling.
