Addiction A dark sky void of stars blinded me in my natural appeal I've seen this show a thousand times in a different light some time before The repetition is unnerving Finding itself inside of me yet again Despite the pain and heartache, I can no longer find myself looking away My eyes melt and my skin burns deep under the scars blanketed over my body Yet there is endearment, a sweetness to it I cannot detain It's as if I destined to cause nothing but trouble--and pain Despite so I derive nothing but pleasure Upon my findings, the sky shines in white and my heart can live again I'd apologize but this is seems to be fate The river flows endlessly inside a box Trapped with its own lock and key I take your soul You take mine And it's like I'm staring back out at the Sun again
