Greetings, This is Dr. Thana Reid. Newfound nomadic doctor and Owner of the Sunny Side Hospital. Today I will discuss the various types of Tier Four Mutation. Tier Four is a disturbing transformation that renders creatures into mindless wandering monstrosities. An unfortunate infection in All of Tomorrow's world. Our world. These creatures are highly dangerous and only follow Tier four infected beings. Some unique cases aside: Avoid all forms of Tier Four infected. These are the people of the Harbingers. Cultists: A being that hides amongst daily life on this horrid earth. Cultists are highly volatile and can strike at any moment. Although, they are akin to zombies or even fish in some cases. These beings evolved from equestrian blood. Usually of Equine nature. However, unrecognizable most of the time. Their fur falls off. The skin turns into a gray leathery and hard cocoon around the bones. This skin works as a shell to their main body which is underneath. A fleshy mound of moving organs. They are blind but very capable to hear things. Holes on the side of the now deformed head can be seen and used for hearing. They have grown claws and small bat-like feet. Their bones have broken and twisted to fit a two-legged form. Their bodies are very jagged from unnatural bone formations. Their head enlarges and accepts the moving organs topside which relaxes in the back. Their equine skulls are prominent as the skin tightly hugs the skull in a desperate but futile attempt to form onto it. They have slits that actually serve to breathe where they would normally see. Their mouths are from their chin to their "stomach". Teeth line this overly largemouth. They use this to shred and eat their victims alive or nearly whole. The reason they are called Cultists is that they wear cloaks and carry what would be perceived as cult weapons. Curved knives, Whip Flails, Nail Nuckles, Execution Axe. They also are in tune with magic which would make people assume that they were once Pegasus. They can blend with the environment and even squish their bodies in order to blend further. These are the most common type of horrid Tier four. Avoid them at all costs.
