Brim would be making wrapping things up. He would be whistling as he looked up at the beautiful night sky. He contenplated his life like he does every night and would take off his stuffy cloak he wears during his job. In this moment though, he was free to explore. Brim's sharp nails would grow past his bandages. Black nails to reflect the night. He would make a swipe to cut off his thick tight bandages and returned to being a night creature.
One of many, many problems. Yet problems were his forte. Black clouds formed as rain would soon pour quickly. A usual for manehatten. His skin was pale and gray. Scars consumed his rather toned body but the worst was his face. His skull was exposed and dry flesh would hold on for dear life to hold it all together. The dry skin almost looked melded onto his body like someone flayed him and then melted his skin back on. The left side of his face was untouched but the top right of his head was entirely singed off. His lack of fur or defining features can make him seem so stoic. His ears were long and suprisingly untouched. He lacked a nose and some part of lips were gone entirely. He had a giant chackle around his neck with a broken chain on it.
Brimstone picked up his cloak to put it back on. His glowing red eyes with a tinge of iridescent would glow in the slow night. Like neon lights attached to a person. His breath would expell warm steam as if he was some engine. Warm enough to experience a sauna instantly.
In this moment, the earth was so quiet. Brim closed his one eye for his other was a magic imbued glass eye. Which allows for vision when needed but contantly drained magic very slowly. He sniff the air as he gave a soft gasp. There it was: Blood and screams. He put away his charms in form of necklaces and quickly made his way over.
A screaming child. It sounded like... Brim would look down into a courtyard of people. Three vampires. Two awsited their turn as the other was consuming the girl he watches over. Rosemarie. Next to them are what he assumed are the relaxed parents of Rose. What is this?
He would panicked look on his face as much as he could muster. "Rose! Hang in there sweetheart. I-I'm coming!" He screamed from the rooftops. The girl was fighting for her life there until the vampires looked over to be face to face with the Gargoyle.
He dropped the girl nervously and backed off from Brim. Brimstone would kneel down to hold the girl. The girl with her near dying breath would say. "Father Brim... Your eyes... Are so pretty." His jaw quivered as his eyes welled up. "Hang in there sweet girl." He pet her mane as a gun would be pressed against his head
Brim's mouth would be wide open and then he grit his teeth into a painful grimace. Brim would extend his hurt wings and quickly brought him a short burst up to reach the buildings. The father would have shot at him the whole way through just to miss everything. Brim would open his hand up with his nails as he had dripped blood in her mouth.
"I'm so sorry but I don't want to lose anyone anymore. Live as a Gargoyle's child." Her body would thrash violently as her eyes would take shape. The bat eyes would form but her eyes were red but purely iridescent. The rainbow would form in her glossy eyes. Brim would stand slowly as steam only get more violent out if his body.
"Frustration. Disappointment. Anger. Isn't enough to to explain how peeved I am. Disgusting monsters." The father would have started shooting him as the bullets broke upon impact. "Don't ve so silly to think your toys can affect me. You'll need a tank to hurt my shell." He would have huff.
"Now prepare yourself. All of you will be consumed." He furiously stared.
