"I wonder if such a thing could exist. A weapon that was so pure and powerful, that it could eliminate all manner of Darkness with just the tip of the arrow. Hearing it and writing it, sounds like a work of fiction. An old tale one tells to their children to pass on legends of battles and wars. Still, if such a thing did exist? I know who the owner used to be. The Artemis Bow. A bow that was given to my Mother before my own birth. I've seen this weapon first hoof. Elegant gold at it's base and craftsmanship. It's string as smooth as silk and strong as steel. Looks heavy, but feels light. Looking at it alone? Pure magic just seeps off of it. As if it doesn't even belong in this world. Why do I desire to retrieve such a weapon? To find a long lost weapon of My Mother's? Well...it's the only thing that could save lives.
Torment. An New Tyrant that had decided to enter the game of life. Created from my own Council Members behind my back, through messed up testing and experiments of my own blood. Claimed to be twice as powerful and twice as cunning. A being of Pure Dark Magic. The most dangerous of all magics if used for horrid acts. And he's covered in it. He doesn't seem to take himself seriously or any of us. To him all this is a game. Yet, behind that arrogance, is surely a mastermind. One that could take lives at any minute. One that....already...has.... However when I retrieve this bow? I'll have an advantage. The real question is, can I retrieve it? Or more so....is it even where we suspect it to be? These questions and doubts seemed to already cause Conflict in the group.

*Early Morning, 4:00 A.M., Route 267, Road heading north from base of Canterlot.*
Artemis: "It'll be quite the journey indeed. It's a shame we couldn't take a fly. Not with the supplies and food to hold us back."
Velvet Sweets/ 2nd in command of the Lunars/ 2nd Personal Guard: "Ugh...this is sooo boring already! We've been trotting for so long! I'm losing my mind! I can't even remember what happened yesterday. Or the taste of food! The touch of a Mare or Stallion! I'm going insane! I'm gonna die out here!"
Chloe Liberty/ Lead Analyst and Researcher /4th Personal Guard: "Velvet we've only been on the road for an hour. I told you to eat before we left. See what happens when you don't? Maybe next time you'll take to my advice. You best do so when we get to this forgotten kingdom. We don't need you slowing us down when we get the bow."
Levi Whisper/ Lead Scout Assassin / 3rd Personal Guard: "If the Bow is even there."
Chloe: "You saying there is something wrong with my research?!"
Levi: "I'm just saying that we shouldn't get our hopes up. If it isn't there, it isn't there. Meaning that we are going to have to figure out another way to defeat this Torment."
Velvet: "What other ways could there possibly be though? Surely we gotta hope more on the Bow being there."
Levi: "But if it isn't? All the hope went into nothing...."
Artemis: "Alright enough girls! The more we focus on negative, the more the energy of this trip fades. Keep your goals straight...-"
Velvet: "Or Bi~"
Chloe: *Bap Bap*
Velvet: "Ouchies....."
Artemis: "As I was saying....keep your goals straight and by that I mean stay focused. Don't allow doubt to enter in. We gotta stay positive. For everypony in that castle that is relying on us."

*Present time*
"Thinking back on it, I question the Lunars I have put in such high power of. But they are some of the best soldiers a Prince like me could ask for. Their personalities might be questionable, but when it comes to getting the job done? They can easily follow routine and execute control. Though....I should make sure my tent is safe from Velvet sneaking in....I'm gonna have to keep her away since Kirra isn't here to aide in that. Though it was smart to leave Kirra behind to watch over my Fiancee. After all the Lead Commander and number 1 Lunar should be the one to guard the Prince's Soon to be."
"At sunrise in the morning, we head out to make more progress on the trail to the Valley Kingdom. No towns or local villages were seen on the trail this far in the wild at the moment. We are pretty out here to begin with. Only now being able to just glimpse the City of Canterlot. At this rate, a few more days should see to us making it there. I'll keep tabs in my journal here if anything interesting happens or progress is made. Hopefully by Nightfall tomorrow, we can find a lodge and rent some rooms. Feels weird to travel in the day. Especially us Lunars. But....Nightfall is dangerous in the wild. Also we got Solars to look after. Brother would be pissed if anything happened to them."
"Hmmm...seems my group of girls our shouting nonsense and telling stories outside. At least from what I hear. I should join. Keep spirits high. Let's hope this trip goes smooth...though the doubt is there..."
