Unicorn Horns. How do they work? There are no stupid answers.

I guess another example of evidence to unicorns having a mana pool is that when unicorns lifted both the sun and moon, they burned themselves out permanently. They couldn't just gain more arcane stuff from the world around and only got their magic back when Tia and Luna gave them a refill.
