Since by then, your frontal lobe would have been fully formed. Your internal voice will be as loud as it will ever get. (Unless you get dementia later in life. Some of the people who suffer from it, has said that their internal dialogue, as jumbled as it is, is abnormally loud.) You also fully understand your physical limitations and how to maximize it. As well, your bones are fully set, meaning you don't have to worry about random growth spurts. Yet your muscles are still willing to get bigger and stronger. You also should have more mental effort to deal with stress. Finally, you can finally cuss like a sailor in the open without the fear of a Karen telling you not to, while you have a literal physical injury...(That was a good day...) Yet the only cons I can see, are very few. One, injuries are harder to heal from. Yet you can speed it back up using cold therapy. I can't even look at peanuts, since now a visual image is enough to make me break out. Also, you can't listen to anything from Taylor Swift, due now you can see just how unnaturally beautiful she is. Like how? How can she be that attractive? Another downside, you really can't enjoy many of your favorite childhood movies the same way, since now you can recognize patterns and symbols that you didn't know about before. (Can't watch the 1st Rugrats Movie the same, since that movie was dark enough as a kid. Yet as an adult, its hits you 3 times as dark. That before get to the scene in which Tommy tries to kill his brother Dill. Yes, that is a plot point. Or can't watch my old favorite Disney movie of Tarzan, now knowing just how messed up was Clayton's death, as well showing his body in just a few frames. Yet now I can enjoy the entire franchise that is the Shrek is an even funnier way than when I was a kid.) Oh, also you may develop new and unknown allergies that you didn't have before. Like to dairy, or shellfish. The body is wierd.
