Girl, it's anemia. Check whether you may be celiac, that can cause low iron absorption and isn't always easy to notice. My mom and sister had that and it was a struggle to figure out. Hope it helps :,>

I'm so glad you're taking care of it. But yeah it's such a hard issue to fix because the cause is very hard to find. Thanks. And I can't afford to eat healthy enough to get the iron that way otherwise I would. I can't eat shrimp cause I'm allergic and I despise liver.
