Well this was a cutie mark that she was selling and for extra she could do a pony to match it custom made to how you wanted. I've adopted quite a few. The one I have as my profile picture I adopted as a sketch but later commissioned her for four images. She is attending art school.

If her name is on the lease her mother cannot kick her out. The most her mum can do is stop paying rent.
Trust me I don't speak to them at all anymore because of some crap that went down in the past.
So adopted this pretty anthro filly who's a cross between twilight sparkle and sunny starscout. Trying to think of a beautiful name to suit her.
