At the age of 18, she was assigned to be one of the first hippogriffs to travel over many landmarks to get information about the storm king and other info if it was safe to come out of hiding or what had changed over hundred years by order of her queen novo was she given these questions. Many of the creatures she had spoken to were curious about who this mysterious mare in the cloak was, none got the chance to see again because after she questioned them, she skipped town however as the years gone by she found herself liking the culture of this world so she decided to change her style a bit when she was done she looked nothing like the once and sweet hippogriff she was before. Her original name was Magenta Kipper, she changed her name to Black feather and dawned her new look. When ponies and other creatures would ask her why she looked like she did, she came up with a lie thanks to spending time with the griffons and told the story of how her parents didn't want her because she looked different than the other griffons and was shunned. Although the Storm king attacked and took her from home to work as a soldier under the command of his second in command Tempest. Many years after the hippogriff got settled into her new life, she was around 23 when she got this new of the storm king's defeat by the elements of harmony and the hippogriffs. This shocked her and as news caught they found out about this hippogriff lied to them. So they shunned and banished her from the town taking all her belongings and currency this was when she decided to try and find someone to give her advice thanks to one weird creature she snuck her way onto a flying blimp and found herself in Equestria for the first few years their ponies looked at her in disgust and ignored her, but she finally got the praise she wanted when a job came her way, there was this old pony who retired and gave her his job as a private investigator now she lives her life barely getting by and paying bills to live in her one-room apartment.
