What's everyone here's ideas about the distribution of the different races/species of Equestria? Are Unicorns common in your fantheory, or are they rare, how many Kirin are there, etc.?

In terms of ponies, I think it's pretty 1-1-1. Outside that though
Kirin - Very few. I imagine it's just the one village, and they live a really long time so their numbers don't dwindle.
