She would smile as she said, "Oh, I bet your father is really proud of you, Gehenna." She paused before saying his name, as if to make his name sound more important.
Gehenna would hum and nod, "Yeah. I think he feel that way too. I don't think I could ever be cool like him though."
Sheila would smile and chuckle, "Cool? Your old man was crier at your age. Cried over every little detail. Every bump on the road..." She would look to see his reaction, the little boy nodded.
"I know he is. He's passionate. He cares about others, of course he cries. He cries all the time." Gehenna said, almost hopefully.
"That's doesn't upset you at all? Make him seem weak to you?" Sheila was curious by his answer, he almost forgot why she asked.
Gehenna thought about it before shaking his head, "Maybe initially but the people he help have no one. No one to talk to. No one to laugh with. No one to cry when they are gone. He helps people feel like they have been seen. Someone who would never ignore them and will cry when that bond is broken. That's not weakness, that's strength. Stronger than any fight." Gehenna looked back up at Sheila with a look of understanding. A determined look as he topped it off with: "If that is weakness then what is strength? A joyless, emotionless zombie who never cares about others or the self?" Gehenna would would flex his nostrils. Sheila noticed, that's what... Oddeus does.
Sheila wouldn't make a sound when he spoke, he simply listened with a slight look of agitation. Her teeth would grit as he spoke about strength and then simply chuckled, "You're quite the articulate pup. I'll consider that, young man."
