[redacted]'s Forms Index

[redacted] is a character who uses portals to change their form, using normal portals to go into another dimension, and a special portal to maintain that form. Due to this I thought I should create an index to display my many forms as they are revealed.  Nothing more will be revealed here until my name has been revealed (Canonically), even though it can be guessed by looking at my character's url. I've already revealed more than I told myself I would.
