//This is a follow up to a blog by Karlheinz about sedentary behavior. I saw it in my random blogs: https://canterlotavenue.com/blog/7/sedentary-behavior/
You don't need a lot of money to counteract the effects of sitting. It can be as simple as doing the 100 Push Up Challenge. It's a simple challenge, but you'll notice the effects of it after 30 days. You can do as many or as few sets as you need to, but the goal is to do 100 Push Ups every day until it becomes easy.
Here are a few helpful tips:
-Adjust the number of Push-Ups if you need to. If you've never done a push up before, Even 10 or 20 per day will do you some good.
-If the challenge is too difficult, do the Push Ups on your knees or on the stairs
-Try to finish earlier in the day so you get more rest
-Reclaim the means of production.

So, you're saying I should just do 100 pushups, 100 situps, 100 squats, and run 10km a day?
