Been mainly discord for me and the many servers on it. Any others hard to go to via websites, never know if might shut down or have crazy/jerk peps as the host or main. I mainly just use Discord nowadays, I've more or less lost interest in all other social media. No insta, no twitter, no facebook, it's improved my life immensely from a mental standpoint just removing myself from all that junk

I can't even begin to deal with my mental issues or mental stress that attack me on a daily basis. So I do what my Grandfather does. I spend exactly 1 hour per day in a dark place and yell or cry out that pain. Its been helpful. That and don't use Social Media for more than 45 minutes a day.

Same with the mental stuff. But I play games, rp, do stuff with friends, or just watch stuff and hopefully back to VR stuff when I can get a better PC for it. So I can move around more and actually exercise. Plus have fun of course.
