Hey hey, all!
I have been pondering over some rule revisions and additions, and one thing that came to my mind was the matter of OOC. As in, whether if at some point should there be a moment it's deemed "excessive".
For those of you who have been around for a long time, you may remember back in Ponysquare had a sort of thing which heavily limited OOC. My idea is similar (albeit not as limited) to help align the site back to being more roleplay/story/lore focused.

[Voted 'Other'] I've always kept OOC elsewhere, such as PMs/DMs while I RP on the wall here, or in a personal group chat in places such as Discord. So this issue has never been a problem for me.
