The central government of Anocratic empire, on the request of Emperor Bigpip has prepared a program to construct a new town/city which will be called Hathor. On the coast of the ocean in the Delalin region (https://xada.neocities.org/Fequm)
The program calls for foreign construction companies to construct infrastructure and neccesary buildings for Hathor in exchange for either gemstones (jade and amethyst) or our Acrab currency notes. The land area available for construction is 16128m². Buildings needed to be constructed are in order:
fire, police and medical stations between residential huildings
Industrial buildings/zones
Commercial buildings/zones
