Yeah 98% you just go on, make an account (you probably already have one) and pay it with a card/your bank. It's all pretty easy. A lot of people use money apps to help sort their bills sometimes.

For the taxes part I used Turbotax, so easy. As for bills...idk, I've seen my parents take their water and power bills to a Kroger and pay there in cash.
