The taxes were payed, stock purchased and it stayed in the green. but the out flow of money was so small next to the inflow on the ledger and official documents that it would appear that the shop was far more popular than its sparce clientele and low prices would indicate. any tax pony worth their salt would be foolish to overlook this place, but yet more foolish to assume anything illegal was happening just by reading the numbers. #rp
