i would probably give her a dead color pallete, like earthy tons, with a dark mane and a cutie mark in the shape of a holy water bottle, and her name would probably be "Martha belle"

For a soft spoken character; pastel colours. For her belief; cold colours for the night. Warm colours for the day.
A lavender or baby blue for coat and mane. Muted colour tone for the eyes, like white or grey.
For name, something like, Soft Respite, Moon Chime, Night Light etc.

Hmm... For a joking answer I'd go with fluttershy, But for a real answer I'd say maybe a coat color being a slate grey with the mane being a offwhite, ending with a Frost white tip's.
for a name I'd go for something like Annunciata.
