View More( Should warn you that this contains some trigger warnings through words, giving in-depth descriptions about mutated and mauled ponies. Inspired by the Virus Z Infection AU, I would give ya all the link, but I am not allowed to access the video I have in mind, sorry. But that won't stop you from just searching for " Virus Z infection au " on YouTube. And if you do, my two recommendations as to people who react to them are Orseofkorse and James Elife. Enjoy the RP. And buckle up, because I wrote a whole paragraph full of detail.) You were just walking home, perhaps from work, or shopping from Apple Jack, seeing if any of the apples caught your interest just right, or maybe you were just seeing if Rarity had any of her latest designs, this time she actually chose to ' borrow ' some of the tapestries from Celestia's and Luna's old castle, and used said tapastries as inspiration to make the Olden Royal's fasion line. Of course, she meant to do just that a long time ago, but the castle wasn't very peaceful that night, at least that's the word that's been going around. When you got to your front yard, you realized that something was off. There was a portal of sorts, about 10 feet away from your front door, giving off a bright purple light, and you could see to the other side. The other end was what looked like the Everfree, but more mossy and darker than usual. Was that blood on a nearby rock? Before you could dismiss the idea, a heighny came from the darkness, sounding hoarse and gurgling. That sound echoed through the canopy, though it was growing louder, nearer. After a few seconds, though it stopped, you soon discovered that wasn't a good sign. A figure of a pony was inching its way toward the portal. When it got close, it was clear it wasn't a pony, or at least not anymore. It seemed to be Rose, one of the three who ran the flower shop in Ponyville, but her left eye was rotted, almost falling out every time they took a step, their mouth was wide open, revealing yellow teeth that were decaying at an accelerated rate, her neck was completely rotted, just bits of flesh, muscle, and bone keeping the head from falling off. They were distracted by screaming from the distance, and at a pace that should be nowhere near possible for something as sick as that, they bolted off, almost as fast as Rainbow on a good day. Then another pony came into view, a stallion, but their figure was far more regulated. And they were approaching the portal. As the purple light illuminated their figure, you saw it was Silent, but at the same time, not Silent. This one had prosthetics replacing his hind legs, seeming to be powered by crystal. He had deep scratch scars on his front left leg and left eye. And he also wasn't wearing his usual cloak; it was still a dull grey, but it looked technologically enhanced. The tail end of the cloak was marked with blood and what looked like a red sun. Apparently, he was so focused on looking over his shoulder, he didn't even realize you were there. Once he was out of the portal, he activated some sort of watch to shrink the portal down until it was gone. After he took a VERY deep breath, he realized you were watching him.
